I did my MSc Botany in First class 2nd position in the University. Outstanding student during my post Graduation. I am Retired Class-1 Officer from Government of India and having Pension of Rs. 62, 450. After commutation take home pension is Rs. 45, 815 in addition to income from actively trading of shares plus rent of two floor the total stands Rs. 64, 000/- per month plus own House(rent free accommodation).I am all alone living in Dehradun. I have a 3 storey houses at Shimla Bypass Dehradun besides/in addition to three storey house in my native village In Pauri Garhwal (Uttarakhand-INDIA). My life partner and children borne out of marriage shall be the sole owner of the property after my demise /death. My combined value is Rs. 3.75 Crore. My life partner would be entitled of family pension which shall increase progressively with the passage of time. I have long term plan for complete financial security for my life partner all by using my genius/art of living with me. She shall have complete financial freedom. She should be in the age group of 40-43 age group (child bearing age group). I have strong feeling to have kids out of my marriage. simply she should agree for with me. As far as her desire to work, it solely depends on her. Complete freedom except marriage sanctity.
