Mahesh Yaji hails from a Brahmin-Havyak family residing in SHIRALI village of Bhatkal Taluk of Uttara Kannada District. He has done Diploma in Civil Engineering and thereafter joined RNS infrastructure Ltd at their branch at Murudeshwar and still working there. While working he has done B.Tech from Sikkim-Manipal University thru Distance Education. He has also attended Hindu religious school where he studied Veda Vidya for a period of one year. His marriage was delayed because he waited for his younger sister's marriage. He has acquired good experience in his profession in varied job under Civil Engineering. Mahesh is looking for a girl who can be a good house wife managing the house well. Little education and unemployed is also welcome. A girl hailing from financially poor family is also very much acceptable to us. If parents of the girl are depended on the girl we are open to look after them if they are ready to relocate to our village. We are open to consider girls from other branches of Brahmin caste viz Mdhvas, Smartha , Shivalli, Kota, Chitpavan, Deshastha, Sthanik , Vaishnavas, Shrivaishnava, etc.

Mahesh is residing in Shirali with his parents. His father is a retired postal employee. His mother is a housewife. As they are aged, Mahesh opted to live with them rejecting the option of moving to cities like Bangalore in search of better opportunity. Family is having landed property also at SHIRALI. Mahesh has two sisters . Both are married and well settled. He has an elder brother who is married and taking care of landed property and also family temple in the native. The family temple is worshipped by locals and non-locals also. We are a well known PUROHIT (priest) family in the village loved and respected by locals.
