I am Gaurab Borah, working as a Grade 3 employee under Government of Assam. We, as a family, are residents of Guwahati but currently I am staying in Bokakhat because of my job. My father (late) was a State government officer and my mother is a homemaker. I have two brothers who are younger than me and are unmarried. Both my brothers are employed in reputable organizations in Assam.

I have obtained an MA degree in Sociology.

I love peace and tranquility. Elements and aspects of nature, e.g. rivers, fields, greenery etc. fascinate me, and are a source of wonder for me. For me, there is nothing more enjoyable than spending time at home. I have always been someone who prefers the quiet and calmness of home rather than the hustle and bustle of the outside world. I value familial relationships, which I believe are the essence of a happy family. My dream woman is one who is simple, empathetic and modest.
